I am a aspiring northern Virginia area photographer who is just getting started. I am currently the technical director for Christian Fellowship Church is Ashburn, Virginia while I build my career in photography. Photography is a favorite past time and hobby of mine. It is my goal to someday be a professional photographer full time, but first that will require years of experience working with other photographers on a apprenticeship basis. I enjoy photography for three very simple reasons. First, it is one of VERY few art forms that I can even begin to understand, and second, there is something special to me about using light to capture a moment in time in a way that can never be done the same way twice. Third, behind a camera is one of the few places I feel at home. Most things I have to work hard to understand, but with a camera, despite only knowing a tiny amount of all there is to know about photography, I have a sense of peace and understanding.
